Need Volunteers

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

We still need people
to help make the KKSD happen! Friday May 7th we need street team members. Please volunteer to hand out flyers on the street during First Friday in Old City and Kensington.  Email
Kathryn at kdoherty@nkcdc.org if you are interested (or just reply to
this email). Or call 215 427 0350 x120.

If you want to volunteer your neighborhood also call or email Kathryn.

Registrations are NOW DUE May 7th. This year we will
have a program guide with info about each team! Please email me your
team's bio including contact info (like website/emails) for all artists
or the group or organization, a brief description of your sculpture and
what inspired it and a photo! I need that along with your payment and
waiver ASAP. Registration is only $25 for your team $5 per
T-shirt.

Registration info online www.kinetickensington.org/register

Team : FARM FANATICS

Farm Fanatics from Emerald Street Urban Farm will be a boot kickin crew of
veggies, utensils and farmers in a chase to the finish line. We'll be riding
bikes of all ages, sizes, crazy bikes and normal bikes. We want to raise
awareness for our project and show how much fun it is to grow and eat veggies!

Team East Coast
Greenway

“The PA East Coast Greenway Alliance presents a sculpture titled “Maine to
Flow-rida,” which depicts the concept of an urban greenway. The East Coast
Greenway is a bicycle and pedestrian urban Appalachian Trail that runs directly
through Philadelphia and will ultimately connect all the way along the East
Coast from Key West to Maine. Please see www.greenway.org and the ECG booth at
the event for more information.”
